Error message, same error appears for scripts
SUMMARY
The previously installed themes and scripts are not visible in the menus,
additionally when you attempt to install new scripts/themes it just gives
error.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Installed themes from Plasma5 not visible
2. Attempt to install new themes/scripts - gives same error message for both
OBSERVED RESULT
Error out when new themes/scripts attempt to be installed
EXPECTED RESULT
to be able to install themes/scripts and previously installed ones from plasma
5 to be ready available
