its definitely a bug lower down in the stack - at kernel level in the
nvidia/forcedeth network driver or possibly radeon_ring_* driver.
pretty much your only option is to upgrade your kernel. linux-image-generic is
5.19 is a bit outdated, maybe install linux-image-generic-hwe-22.04 and you
will be running kernel 6.5.0* which will have received an enourmous amoount of
bugfixes.
secondly your system seems to be running old versions:
