All versions of Digikam higher than 7.3 and up to the latest release give the
error "Failed to update the database schema from version 13 to version 14." on
launch and do not run beyond that.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run digiKam-7.4.0-Win64.exe or the equivalent installer for any later
version.
2. Install the program in the default directory.
3. Run digikam.exe
OBSERVED RESULT
Digikam window: "Scanning collections, please wait..." with 0% progress and the
word "Error".
Error window: "Failed to update the database schema from version 13 to version
14.
Please read the error messages printed on the console and report this error as
a bug at bugs.kde.org."
EXPECTED RESULT
DigiKam runs as normal.
