SUMMARY
I'm trying to report a plasmashell report
(https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=478880), but it won't generate ending
with `The crash information could not be generated.`


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. plasmashell crashes (bug #478880)
2. trying to report through drkonqi
3. clicking dev information
4. Wait and it eventually reports "crash info could not be generated". 

OBSERVED RESULT
crash report could not be generated

EXPECTED RESULT
crash report to be generated
