the drawing on the canvas along with the palette suddenly became gray when
exiting Krita (+ all the layers themselves merged intp one) without the
possibility of returning to the original color drawing
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. finish drawing a picture
2. saving the drawing in PNG format
3. exiting the project
