STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. connect smartphone
2. try to open the sms apps
3. the sms apps won't show
OBSERVED RESULT
the sms apps don't work
EXPECTED RESULT
the sms apps show and work

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
the sms apps worked with the old KDE release :
"kdeconnect-kde-23.08.1-1463-windows-cl-msvc2019-x86_64"
