Dialog that should have made it possible to save a list-file ... but doesn't

OBSERVED RESULT
The dialog that turns up when choosing [Plain text Export] is for opening a
text-file (not saving one)
EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect to be able to save some kind of file containing a list of the
files used in my project.
