EXPECTED RESULT
It is expected when "reglage des fichiers" (File configuration) field are
set, FITS picture shall be recorded as specified.
EKOS event windows tells frames are recorded in a different directory
c: /users/dad/appdata/local/temp....
And they are not or in a format which is not recognize as FITS frame (event
renamed)

Please note this is a fresh installation from scratch with "all former Kstars
data deleted"
I also had this issue with KStars 3.6.7
I've done numerous test but I didn't succeed to find the workaround
