Discover Error message: Aborted due to failure(Flatpack system operation Deploy
not allowed for user)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Click Update All
3. The new updates are shown and then click Update All.
OBSERVED RESULT
A popup Error 1 of 5 and also get the root password prompts
EXPECTED RESULT
Get prompt for root password and update process to run
