Remember that any file in TEMP is only for recovery purposes, and if the file has never been saved (file->save and given a name and location), autosave will only keep a copy on the untitled file inside TEMP. The files in your screenshot are SWAP files used by different parts of krita and are not in anyway related to any file in particular.
