Discovery crashing and not resizing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open discover (for me it is opening Maximized;
2. Pull it by the title and move it (it will be bigger than the screen even if
you already resized it before crashing);
3. It will jump to the top left of the screen leaving only a tiny edge of the
window for you to resize or pull holding Meta key (doing that it will crash in
2 seconds;
