My apologies, I hadn't scrolled >.< this is my first bug report...

SUMMARY

When the desktop is locked and 60 seconds have passed, the screens turn off, as
per the setting in the Energy Saving section of the system settings. However,
they don't stay turned off, they turn back on after a couple of seconds. This
goes on forever.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock desktop.
2. Wait 60 seconds.

OBSERVED RESULT

The screens turn off,  but turn on again a few seconds later, and this loop
goes on.

EXPECTED RESULT

The screens should stay off.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux 6.7.0-zen3-1-zen (64-bit)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.92.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.248.0
