SUMMARY
When I reply to an email that was encrypted the original email does not get
copied to the reply, like it would otherwise.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. get encrypted email
2. hit reply
3. observe that original email is missing

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have my email server set up to encrypt any incoming email with my public key
before saving to disk, so every email arrives at kmail encrypted and every
reply is missing the original email, which is very annoying.
Also basically this bug, but it is marked closed and 13 years old:
