STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. setting scroll bars to be hidden in the common section/extras: kinetic
scrolling enabled/Hide docker scrollbars
2. setting scroll bars to be hidden in the display section/miscellaneous/hide
Canvas Scrollbars checked
3. restart program, scrollbars in attached to the Brush Preset Docker is
visible.
OBSERVED RESULT
The srollbar of the Brush Preset Docker is visible but not functional.
EXPECTED RESULT
The scrollbar of the Brush Preset Docker should be invisible.
