STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag and drop an heic image to the Project Bin
OBSERVED RESULT
Shows the error: Cannot open file image: C:/Users/location/to/file.heic
EXPECTED RESULT
Should've dropped the heic image in the Project Bin
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11 22H2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It seems to work on Linux but not on Windows.
