The issue now also appears without touch mode.
And with okular, I get result 6. at step 6. with 100% scaling, breeze dark
theme and panel in dodge window mode.
Whereas with system settings, I get result 5. at step 6. with the same
settings.
Is there any easy way to reset all the panel settings to default as you
requested other than reinstalling?
