--- Comment #22 from Joost VandeVondele <joost.vandevond...@mat.ethz.ch> --- In my case, the issue has disappeared, and the 'only' thing changed is that the server has been updated and is now running Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.2, which for example includes a newer kernel 3.10.0-327.13.1.el7.x86_64.
