The folder view always starts at "/". It would be more useful, if it started at
/home/user/<music folder> when Elisa has been started. Later on, it should stay
at the location last selected in-between view changes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select folder view on left panel

OBSERVED RESULT
The folder view is opened, showing the folders in "/".
EXPECTED RESULT
IF this is the first time folder view is selected in the session
THEN start at "/home/user/<music folder>", or whatever has been specified as
the music folder
ELSE open folder view at the location that was open when folder view has been
left.
