SUMMARY

I don't know when the issue appeared, but in since some 5.27.z release (I'm
saying it used to work fine, but I don't remember when was it) when I have a
video call on work virtual desktop (I have 2 virtual desktops, one for work
(#2), one for the rest (#1)) and I switch to primary desktop for more than a
few seconds, upon return to the work desktop, my video is frozen, if I
re-enable camera the stream continues, but this is 100% reproducible.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Chrome on 2nd Virtual Desktop, start google meet call
2. Switch to 1st Virtual Desktop and stay there for a ~20-30 seconds, maybe
manipulate few windows there
3. Switch back to 2nd Virtual Desktop and check Chrome

OBSERVED RESULT

My video is frozen at some point

EXPECTED RESULT

Video continues to be sent properly
