I'm running windows 10, uninstalled and reinstalled 23.08.4.
When i render anything now, be it full project or clip, it just give me the
base video, no effects, no images. Ive tried a few different video like h265
and h265, same issue. I haven't changed any settings since it was rendering
properly.
