A screenshot of KDE Partition Manager
SUMMARY
If a disk doesn't have a partition table, KDE Partition Manager will say that
all the space on the disk is unallocated. Some gadgets require the whole disk
partition (I have a PS Vita).
```
user@desktop ~> lsblk -f /dev/sdb
NAME
FSTYPE FSVER LABEL UUID FSAVAIL FSUSE%
MOUNTPOINTS
sdb exfat 1.0 E7E3-37B6 6.1G 95%
/run/media/user/E7E3-37B6
```
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. mkfs.exfat -c 32K /dev/sdX
OBSERVED RESULT
Partition Manager shows the new partition as unallocated
EXPECTED RESULT
Partition Manager shows the correct information (size, file system type, etc.)
