STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open print dialogue
2. Open options

OBSERVED RESULT
Pages from and pages to boxes are only wide enough to show one character. Which
is a royal pain when trying to print 20-21 for example.
The "pages" dialogue is also sometimes greyed out, and doesn't work when it is
showing, instead printing the full range. Although this may be user error, I'm
trying "20-21".
