I'm not sure at all that this is a driver issue, as the nvidia driver reports
no problems and is the same version as the one installed in flatpak...

flatpak uses:
nvidia-535-154-05               org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.nvidia-535-154-05  

while the system uses:
nvidia
    v: 535.154.05 

Exactly the same version of driver.

Maybe it has to do with pipewire or XDG-portals?
