Ideas I have for this:
1. Make all the spacers actually width 0
2. collapse as many items as needed in the systemtray into that expandable
arrow widget that already holds hidden items
3. Let the clock fall back to a more compact formatting
4. squeeze everything equally
5. force multiple rows
Yes I know this is quite complicated and a lot of work...
