Screenshot showing blue line

SUMMARY
I have a floating panel and set it to dodge windows, which works fine. However,
when the panel is hidden, a thin blue line is visible at the bottom of the
screen where the panel is located (see screenshot)
If this behavior is wanted, is there an option to turn this off?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set panel to floating
2. Set panel to dodge windows
3. Open fullscreen content

OBSERVED RESULT
There's a blue line at the screen edge where the panel is

EXPECTED RESULT
There is no indicator at to where the panel is
