SUMMARY
I think there is a missing word in the Logout Screen option. At the moment only
the text "Show" is shown, and the button only becomes clear with the additional
info text.
I think it's better to have "Show confirmation" or something like that. I don't
remember how it was in Plasma 5.x... its the typical setting that you only
change once and never see again.
