Bug ID: 481285 Summary: Display Configuration issues with display selection; changes made to screen not 'highlighted' Classification: Applications Product: systemsettings Version: 5.93.0 Platform: Gentoo Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: kan...@gentoo.org Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 165799 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=165799&action=edit spectacle capture of issue SUMMARY Display configuration can indicate that one monitor is selected (via highlight), but when settings (e.g. rotation) are changed they apply to a different monitor. I have been unable to come up with a reproducer for this issue (I suspect I got it very confused somehow), but it should be simple enough to ensure that the selected screen is actually highlighted. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Select screen which has forgotten its orientation 2. Click the appropriate orientation OBSERVED RESULT A screen which is not highlighted rotates in preview. EXPECTED RESULT The highlighted screen rotates in preview. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Gentoo Linux, Plasma 6.0 RC2 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.93.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.249.0 Qt Version: 6.6.1 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
