Hello,

Unfortunately, I can't figure out what steps cause this error. If I
create a new project and use the same source clip the transform works okay.

FYI, my input is from a sony camcorder. I was recording at 60i.
Everything has been in color. I have been outputing to 29.97 fps for
upload to youtube.

I tried using 'transcode to edit friendly format'  on a problem project,
but that project still renders with audio only if I use the transform
effect.

I will contact you if I'm able to figure out how to recreate the problem.
