I'd like to add a feature to the wishlist: perspective correction for book
pages.
If I take a foto from a book page, the picture usually has perspective
distortions. Usually, the book margins and/or the printed or written lines of
the book page provide quite a good optical indication of those perspective
distortions. I'm aware of book scanners that claim to have such a software to
automatically correct the perspective. The already existing "perspective
correction tool" is a very good first step so it appears quite logical for me
to develop it into a fully automatic solutions.
