SUMMARY
This one is a bit hard to explain but if I have a Konsole shortcut pinned to my
panel when I open an instance of Konsole there are now two Konsole icons on the
panel when there should be one.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a Konsole widget to the panel
2. Click on widget

Two icons
