I guess the "color" part in "Brightness and Color" refers to the night light
feature. This is always available.
However, there are no brightness settings in the applet for me and thus the
title "Brightness and Color" is a bit confusing.
Maybe the applet could show a hint or placeholder message that "brightness
controls are not available"?
