Observable result with another window maximized in the background

SUMMARY
If yakuake is not in fullscreen mode, and has Height set to 100%, it won't fill
the space that is occupied by a panel with visibility mode set to "Dodge
windows", even if its already hidden because of other windows on the screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change yakuake settings: Fullscreen to off, Height to 100%
2. Have top and/or bottom panel with visibility mode set to "Dodge windows"
3. Open yakuake dropdown

OBSERVED RESULT
Yakuake fills only the area that normally would not be occupied by the panels

EXPECTED RESULT
Yakuake dropdown fills the whole screen
