STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Resize neochat channels area to icon only view.
2. User name and NeoChat setting button disappears .
OBSERVED RESULT
1. User name and NeoChat setting button disappears from view.
EXPECTED RESULT
1. User name and NeoChat setting button should be icon only and stay
interactive.
