SUMMARY
On both a brand new KDE Neon installation and an updated KDE 5 to KDE 6 system,
Kjots cannot be installed due to a dependency problem.
Looks to me like Kjots is still looking for a KDE 5 package which may no longer
be available.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On KDE Neon, "sudo apt install kjots"

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
On the Neon system that was updated, Kjots was already installed but would no
longer open. The only feedback was available when trying to open it through the
terminal, but I did not take note of what it was before removing Kjots and
trying to re-install it.
