SUMMARY
In VLC my screen is turned off while watching videos (fullscreen).
Disable Screensavers is checked in VLC.
This happened with the recent update to Plasma 6 and was working before.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. in system-settings enable "Turn off screen" (i.e. 8 min)
2. watch a video in VLC in fullscreen
OBSERVED RESULT
After the configured time (in my case 8 min) the screen turns off / gets black
Any key press turns the screen on again
EXPECTED RESULT
Screen stays on all the time watching a video
