SUMMARY
Backups section completely missing in System Settings as of Plasma 6.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
OBSERVED RESULT
On the left hand side, the "Backups" section is missing.
EXPECTED RESULT
On the left hand side, there is a "Backups" section which displays the Kup KCM
when clicked.

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 6.0
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.2.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Possibly a packaging issue with the "kup-backup" package which didn't seem to
be installed, though installing it didn't resolve the problem. This isn't an
issue on an older installation updated from Plasma 5 to 6, but is an issue in a
fresh install of Neon in a VM.
