Icon jumping between monitors
SUMMARY
Coming off the heels of fixing this bug
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=481254. I noticed that when you drag an
icon from one monitor to another. The icon briefly jumps back to its original
position. I recall a similar bug a while back when the desktop grid was
rewritten. If you moved a window from one desktop to another it would briefly
jump back to the original desktop before going to the one you moved it to.
Perhaps whatever solution worked there would work here?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have multiple monitors.
2. Create a file on the desktop.
3. Move it from one monitor to another.
OBSERVED RESULT
It jumps back to the previous monitor then appears on the monitor you dragged
it to.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should just drop where you dragged it to without making any other trips, no
matter how brief, first.
