STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In "Virtual Desktops" section, enable "Show Desktop Layout Indicators"
checkbox.
2. Use keyboard shortcuts to switch workspaces.
OBSERVED RESULT
The desktop layout indicators don't render properly. They're opaque blocks.
EXPECTED RESULT
In Plasma 5, you'd get a mini preview of the desktop in question, like a mini
version of the Desktop Grid, so you could tell which apps were on which desktop
and which were empty.
