after upgrading to plasma 6, dolpin's panels randomly disappear. Even after
enabling them, they disappear when restarting.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable side bar(panel) in dolphin
2. close dolphin and start it after some time
OBSERVED RESULT
the panels all disappear
EXPECTED RESULT
panel will appear just as configured
