SUMMARY
When I open the application manager and close it via meta key, in plasma 5.27,
it'd give the focus back to the last window that had the focus, instead now in
6.01, it doesn't.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a window with a focus
2. Press meta (or the key you use to open application manager) twice
3. Focus is not back on the window

Focus is not back on the window
EXPECTED RESULT
Focus should be back on the window
