When run with improper command line, kscreen-doctor seems to hang.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run kscreen-doctor iopiop
OBSERVED RESULT
kscreen-doctor runs, outputing nothing.
EXPECTED RESULT
kscreen-doctor should fail in one way or the other.
