My Razer Naga Pro mouse does not work over a USB cable or it's own 2.4gh dongle
with Wayland only Bluetooth, X11 works fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug mouse in via USB on wayland
2. Try to use it

Mouse only works over Bluetooth
EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse should work over USB/Dongle
