REGRESSION_BROKEN_KDE_DEPENDANCY_ENFORECMENT_OF_UNWANTED SOFTWARE!
Since I have no other place (unfit for any module), I put the bug here. I hope
this will not be ingored. [Siriuously I got angry and I put in on critical. DO
NOT ENFORCE SOFTWARE ON PEOPLE!]
SUMMARY

KDE 6 has now full dependece deeply intertwined into KDE. The following major
components are now requireing full VLC intallation:
plasma-workspace
okular
mailcommon
ktorrent
kio-extrqas
kalarm
gwenview
dolphin
==> I DO NOT HAVE "ELISA", I use pure ffplay and mpv.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
$ pacman -Syyu
OBSERVED RESULT
Enforeced VLC as being full part of KDE. VLC is Unremoveable as it would break:
plasma-workspace
okular
mailcommon
ktorrent
kio-extrqas
kalarm
gwenview
dolphin
EXPECTED RESULT
Remove VLC as its not the part of KDE e.v. and should not be hardcoded
dependancy for KDE. Its not part of KDE and should NOT be encoreced on people.
I WANT TO REMOVE VLC!

Graphics Platform: Wayland/X11 (regardless, makes no difference, has nothing to
do with either)

Its not a place and I am not polite and rude. I got really mad. I DO NOT WANT
VLC!
