SUMMARY
When resuming a session after my machine has been suspended, the auto-hidden
panel doesn't react or show up until I switch virtual desktops a couple of
times. Rarely it shows up *only* displaying the kickoff icon, but the rest of
the panel visuals are missing until I switch virtual desktops back and forth.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send machine to sleep
2. Resume session
3. Panel not visible, not reacting to screen edge
