SUMMARY
When there is no physical keyboard and when the virtual keyboard activates, all
mouse input is blocked and doesn't come back without a full restart of kwin,
and no virtual keyboard appears
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the Maliit keyboard
2. Disconnect physical keyboard, or rotate into tablet mode
3. Try to use the mouse
OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse cursor moves but no response to clicking anything. No virtual keyboard
appears
EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse works. Virtual keyboard appears
