SUMMARY
i cannot drags a konsole's window from any empty space when the title bar is
ticked in settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a konsole window
2. in settings > general ticks "remove title bar and ...." box
3. try to drags konsole from the tools bar
OBSERVED RESULT
the konsole's window doesn't drag even if the dragging cursor icon is there
EXPECTED RESULT
move the konsole windows from tool bar

as journald info related with konsole, i got this:
