With KDE Plasma 5.27.x (up to and including 5.27.10), it was possible to adjust
the screen brightness of a DDC/CI compatible external monitor between 0% and
100%, using the screen brightness slider in the system tray.
Since KDE Plasma 6.0.0 (up to and including 6.0.2) it is no longer possible to
set the slider to 0%. The new minimum value is 1%. Now the range is limited to
1% to 100%.
Is this intentional?
