Opening a KWin effect seems to show up black, with opengl errors in KWin (see
attached)
This seems to occur on distros that don't compile Qt with the
QT_FEATURE_opengles2=ON flag (ex. Arch). pmOS is fine, potentially because they
do compile Qt with that flag.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a KWin effect (ex. task switcher on Plasma Mobile)
OBSERVED RESULT
It shows up black, but is interactable
EXPECTED RESULT
It displays the KWin effect
