SUMMARY
I recently upgraded to Plasma 6.0.2 and I observed that I can rearrange the
icons only by mouse, but not by touch. As I was able to rearrange the icons by
touch before, I'm assuming a regression and reporting it as such.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press and hold an icon.
2. Try to drag the icon vertically.
OBSERVED RESULT
The icon is not rearranged.
EXPECTED RESULT
The icon should be rearranged.
