Thanks. In both cases it sounds like the cups-browsed daemon crashes or isn't
running in the first place. This wouldn't be an issue caused by print-manager,
and I can't reproduce it myself on my Plasma 6 system on Fedora 39 with a
printer that was added to the system in Plasma 5. It's more likely to be a
distro packaging or configuration issue; moving to Neon.
